CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SuitUSA

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: You have the option to cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Please note that after this 24-hour period, we will be unable to process a cancellation.

Cancellation with a cancellation fee: Should you choose to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour window but before the item is shipped, a 0% cancellation fee will be applied.

Cancellation with a refund: If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation occurs after the item has been shipped, your refund will be processed minus shipping and handling charges.

Cancellation with a rescheduling option: In the event that you need to cancel your order, we do offer the option to reschedule it for a later delivery date. Please get in touch with our customer service team to arrange a new delivery date.

Cancellation for custom orders: Custom orders, once production has commenced, cannot be canceled or refunded.
